Elk Kin helps senior leaders deliver their best for their customers, their organisations, and for themselves by bringing clarity to challenges and focus to growth plans.
We take a human-centred approach to business.
We analyse the needs of customers, your team and leaders to build sustainable performance, looking through three lenses:
Leaders we work with value our help to align and focus these priorities, leverage strengths and look for pain points. We find the disconnects. We use human-centred tools and techniques to help you get out of the complexity and into action.
Every leader can benefit from our experience and apply it in their own unique way. We never use the same solution twice. We work fast, but we never make quick fixes. Our results are immediate, and deliver business growth and improvements to your customer experience.
Helping leaders lead with a strong sense of purpose: that’s our purpose.

Why the name
Elk Kin?
Elk Kin?
Elk – The elk or wapiti is one of the largest species within the deer family, Cervidae, in the world, and one of the largest land mammals in North America and Eastern Asia
Kin – noun “one’s family and relations”
For Karen life is all about family. Her immediate family is made up of Ella, Lorraine and Karen. Add to that her extended family and all the women in her life she now considers family.
Karen relates to Elks as they are social animals who live in same-sex herds with 10-20 females who come together in much larger groups to support each other as they migrate to higher ground.
